Kirschner Contractors identified and tracked 51 delays regarding design issues, unforeseen utilities, gas line conflicts, and right-of-entry agreement delays. The weekly updates were key in tracking progress, identifying delays, and capturing contemporaneous records. The weekly updates eased the monthly update progress and time impact analysis.
