Located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickham, the F-22 Fighter Alert Facility is a state of the art transportation facility dedicated to support Air Force and Navy missions, combining two historic bases. This design-bid-build project consists of a fully designed aircraft shelter, parking apron, and taxiway for thirteen impressive F-22 aircraft.
The Kirschner Contractors team provided support through several challenges; well documented delays and good communication amongst all parties from the start allowed for smooth change orders to be processed as expected.
