Justin Kirschner is a construction professional with over 25 years of diverse project experience. Justin holds certification as a Construction Manager and as an Estimating Professional. His experience ranges as a business owner, general contractor, construction manager, engineer, subcontractor, owner’s representative, and consultant. He has successfully filled various roles while working on numerous construction projects including water/sewer treatment facilities, pipelines, airports, bridges, highways, railways, high-rise buildings, and government facilities.
Offering creative and operational strengths, he provides sensitive and insightful answers when they are not obvious or are conceivably ambiguous. He has a visual appeal of products and services which lend to the professional deliverables as he works one-on-one with clients. Stephen Teijeiro has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. His perspective is unique, having experience as the lead engineer, project manager, construction manager, and general contractor. This experience makes him an ideal candidate for most projects. While pursuing a master’s degree in Engineering, his focus was on transportation systems engineering.
Having a highly technical and scientific mind, he finds great satisfaction in working hands-on with technology and machinery as well as in research and analysis. As expected, Stephen likes to work with numbers but balances that with an appreciation for arts and aesthetics. Mr. Teijeiro is local to Hawaii, ensuring he values relationships and a field imperative reputation in a small community.

With a background in computer programming, Kristy has served in a leadership role overseeing the progress and completion of schedules. She works well with contractors and owners to prevent and navigate project delays.
Liking systems, order, and reliability, she is a natural for working with numbers and data. Kristy’s ability to analyze and evaluate the big picture, and a desire to advocate for her client, makes her an asset to the Kirschner Contractors team.

Scott Arend is a results-oriented Mechanical Engineer with proven success in a variety of industries including manufacturing, medical, and construction. He effectively analyzes relevant information and guides the product/project cycle from conception to completion. With a wide variety of engineering field experience, he is skilled at working collaboratively with the owner, client, and subcontractors. He will employ additional system resources to review and enhance project configuration for optimal customer satisfaction.
Given the opportunity, Scott likes to work outdoors. He has a high-level interest and inclination toward technology, working with numbers/data and research/analysis. Scott’s interests and skillset make him an excellent team member at Kirschner Contractors and on all projects.
Fun Fact: One day, Scott hopes to retire to Costa Rica where he can spend his days painting on the beach.

Jacob is a highly analytical individual with an eye for detail. He is proud to have been appointed to many leadership position roles throughout his educational career that includes Editor-in-Chief of his high school yearbook, a trainer during his time in retail, and most recently, President of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Hawaii student chapter. Jacob is also working towards becoming a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) via the Construction Management Association of America’s (CMAA) ‘Construction Manager in Training (CMIT)’ program. Although he does not yet have the CMIT title, he is working diligently to pass the exam that will grant him the certification.
Fun Fact: Jacob is determined to see something from start to finish. Ask him about the time he spent rewiring something in his car!

Nancy has a natural inclination toward administration. She appreciates the arts and aesthetics, but is a natural at system tracking, reliability, and record keeping.
