Part of the Hanapepe-Eleele Systems Improvement Project, this project involved the replacement of aging infrastructure and improving the reliability of the water systems.
Kirschner Contractors assisted with an extension of 450 days, providing multiple time impact analysis reports and assisting with change orders. As a result, the contractor was able to mitigate the liquidated damages for this project.
