This development encompasses a fresh mixed-use residential and condominium/hotel complex and boasts as an oasis of tranquility in urban Honolulu. It features two newly erected towers situated atop an 8-level parking structure, complemented by a sprawling 1-acre amenity deck and commercial retail units. Strategically positioned in a bustling, centrally located zone, it stands directly opposite Ala Moana Mall.
The ramifications of COVID were keenly felt, causing delays in procurement, shortages in manpower, and extended lead times for materials. Moreover, late design alterations further complicated the project's trajectory. Despite these challenges, this project has surpassed expectations in terms of schedule and achieved substantial completion in Q3 2023. To address procurement issues, adjustments were made by resequencing the finish work, while time extensions were put in place to accomodate delays in procurement and financing.
