The Anaha is a residential high-rise tower as part of a multi-unit development. This tower is 38-stories and includes the construction of 317 units with 244 studios and one-, two- and three- bedroom tower residences as well as 73 low-rise flats and town homes, some recreation, commercial, parking facilities, and other related facilities. Anaha itself is also targeted for LEED certification and is a 38-story low-emissivity glass wall curtain and concrete high-rise. It has an angled and unique stepped façade as a result of the varied “stack A” and “stack B” floor plans every 4 floors.
