Key Responsibilities
· Prepare, distribute, and file daily reports, meeting minutes, and field documentation.
· Assist with document control processes including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and correspondence tracking.
· Maintain organized project files (electronic and hard copy) in accordance with company and client standards.
· Support timekeeping, crew tracking, and basic cost coding as directed.
· Coordinate material delivery logs, inspection records, and safety documentation.
· Serve as a point of contact for routine field-to-office communication.
· Assist with photo documentation and progress photo organization.
· Help prepare pay application support packages and closeout documentation.
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support project success.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
· 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or a related field.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic familiarity with project management software (Procore, SharePoint, or similar preferred).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a project team.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (field work required).
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience on construction sites or with a construction management/general contractor firm.
· Familiarity with document control processes, RFIs, and submittals.
· Experience with Procore, Primavera, or other construction management platforms.
· Knowledge of construction terminology and basic understanding of plans and specifications.

Pay
$25/hr+ DOE
