Pay
$18-$23/hr, negotiable DOE
Approximately 25 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours
Annual bonuses and performance-based incentives
Location
This position is in person at our Honolulu and/or Kailua office.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Above average knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Teams;
- Above average computer/internet skills;
- Hawaii Notary Public, or willingness to obtain credentials immediately;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Self-starter and critical-thinker;
- Refers to and follows directions while knowing when to ask clarifying questions;
- Effectively allocate resources and time;
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and accuracy;
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently;
- Critical thinker who is an independent problem solver;
- Ability to interact and multitask with project team members and clients;
- Willingness to learn new skills, knowledge, and technical abilities quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide total administrative support for senior management, as directed;
- Maintain constant communication with Senior Management;
- Contribute to and support the office personnel in their job function;
- Provide oversight of all office and field administrative support needs according to current systems;
- Facilitate and manage the calendar and email of Senior Management;
- Manage certification renewal requirements for project staff;
- Manage travel arrangements and reservations;
- Order supplies and track office inventories;
- Event management and planning;
- Ensure discretion with sensitive or confidential matters;
- High-quality workmanship;
- Flexibility to meet the needs of current projects and the needs of Kirschner Contractors;
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations. Maintain a zero-tolerance drug-free environment.
